Project DescriptionWe've been developing trading software for our partner - a top-tier hedge fund - for over 10 years.Now we are expanding the SDET forces in the team owning trading desktop application.We are looking for a passionate and energetic SDET Senior/Lead who can drive the automation team's work. It should be a playing coach leading by example, capable of setting goals, motivating, and inspiring.You will work in close collaboration with traders, developers, SDET engineers and whoever you find useful to improve the quality and delivery performance.

ResponsibilitiesContinuously improve automation coverageContinuously increase the team's performanceActively propose solutions and approaches improving quality and/or team performanceParticipate in an Agile / Scrum methodology to deliver software releasesTeam Player with the ability to work with development, support and QA teamsTake full ownership of and maintain a robust QA environment, including test databases and system deploymentsWork closely with the global QA team to design and build integration testsWork with developers on improving system testability and creating a testing environmentExperience with Java, good knowledge of its ecosystemsImplementing automated testing platforms and unit testsExperience with Continuous Testing and Continuous DeliveryWorking proficiency with UnixHave the ability to solve complex problems with practical, maintainable, and scalable solutionsFamiliarity with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus a plus)Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; Good sense of urgency, resourcefulness and independence
