As a Lead Appian Developer, You Will:Design and develop technical solutions on the Appian BPM SuiteDesign integration requirements with other third-party platforms.Designing data models.Defining architectural & development standards for the project in adherence to Appian and client’s best practices.Implement functionality and troubleshoot issues with web development languages, protocols, and technologies (HTML, CSS, HTTP, JSON)Requirement gathering and analysis.Preparing high level technical specifications for the solutions.Performing frequent code reviews & ensuring quality of the overall delivery.Interacting with customers daily and be the main point of contact for customerPresenting demos to the customers.Running all major sprint ceremonies.Planning on project releasesLead User Acceptance Testing with business users, BAAble to do the Appian application deployments.Enabling the development team to go to the next level.Team Player and flexibility to work with a variety of personalities and styles.Excellent communication and leadership skills

To Be Successful, You Need:Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or any related field7+ years of experience with 4+ years in Appian developmentAppian Lead Developer CertificationAzure Cloud CertificationAzure B2C and integration with Appian applications knowledgePermanent Residency or US Citizenship required
