A Full Stack Developer is required to join our small, friendly team based near. You’ll be working in collaboration with fellow developers, and you will actively contribute to business innovation, influence decisions, and steer the database design process to fulfil customer and business requirements.

About the company: They have been delivering food safety systems and processes for over 20 years. Their clients include a broad range of businesses and organisations, from small independents to recognised brands around the UK and beyond. They operate a remote bias work model to give the team added flexibility and improved work-life balance.

About the role: You'll be as comfortable working with frameworks. The day-to-day tools/frameworks they use include ES6/JavaScript, Symfony, CodeIgniter, Bootstrap, PostgreSQL. This role would be ideal for someone with a couple years commercial experience looking to take their development skills to the next level in a supportive environment.

Primary Duties and Tasks: As a Full Stack Developer, you will provide technical experience. They are looking for someone who understands the importance of good engineering solutions, takes pride in what they build and enjoys a variety of work across a range of technologies. You will join a collaborative team working on the components of systems code, document changes, follow established processes and conduct unit testing. You will ensure adherence to secure coding standards and best practices.

Ideal skillset for the fullstack developer:Frontend end and back end web development commercial experience is essentialExposure to PHP frameworks such as Symfony, Laravel, or CodeIgniterStrong understand of databases and Postgres (11+ and ideally 14)
