Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe're on the lookout for a dynamic and knowledgeable Webflow Developer to join our web development team. As a valued member, you will harness cutting-edge technology and robust techniques. We're seeking an individual who excels in communication, thrives in managing multiple tasks, and is a team player with a strong problem-solving aptitude.

Core Responsibilities:Responsible for developing websites with high-end UI animations, and web interactions using Webflow from Figma designs.Responsible for adding creativity to the websites.Implement and iterate on Webflow-based webpages (homepage, landing pages, etc.)Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, SEO and responsiveness.Develop and own a brand and consistently maintain the brand representation to the core.Ensure implementations follow web standards, accessibility, and usability best practices.Provide hands-on support with web development and maintenance as needed.Open for learning new CMS and Landing page integration tools. We will provide training for the same.

Project Requirements:2+ years of full-time experience working only in Webflow Development is a must.Proficient in developing websites using Webflow tools.In-depth knowledge of Webflow through Webflow developer courses.JavaScript, jQuery knowledge and the ability to create custom functionalities is a must.Experience in advanced CSS, animations and responsiveness.Good understanding of CMS collections and items in WebFlow.Familiarity with Figma software and similar technologies.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work methodically and meet deadlinesWebflow Expert certification level or higher will be plus.
