Thus, Marketing, eCommerce and Product teams position PersonaClick as the technology layer on top of existing CMS or Commerce solutions, to go over faster and algorithmically match content, products, and offers to each individual for the acceleration of long-term business value.
► JavaScript Developer:
PersonaClick is on the patrol for a Java-Script Developer who will passionately work with major eCommerce brands in Turkey and delivering great features for our customers. As a part of our Customer Success team, you will develop and implement solutions using an innovative customer experience platform. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and websites with high volume traffic in their verticals.
The role will require you to consult customers during their product onboarding and orientation phases, assess requirements for online personalization and optimization and develop unique solutions on a broad variety of websites and platforms.
► Here is the Task-at-Hand:
Develop front-end programs, applications, and websites using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and basic PHP (cross-browser, cross-platform compatible solutions)
Testing your code and solutions with A/B tests and/or via feedbacks from the user testing services
Provide implementation consultations to our clients
Troubleshoot challenging issues raised by support, sales, and clients
Clarify the technical and business design of an end-to-end implementation
Identify product deficiencies and suggest/implement product improvements
► Skills for Success:
Experience with front-end technologies (Javascript, HTML, CSS)
Knowledge of product feed environment (XML, YML)
Knowledge of eCommerce functions is a plus
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
A solid understanding of; Other people’s code and integration methodology, how to change the document of the site page using JS (Preferably Vanilla/Pure JS), how an ajax requests work, how to change styles using JS and how browser events work.
Strong time management and organization skills to deliver projects with tight deadlines
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and system developing skills
A passion to learn and keep up with the cutting edge technologies
Ability to write high-performance, maintainable and reusable code
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent command of English and able to analyze technical documents
Preferably bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
