SAP Developer Lead

With the upcoming upgrade to SAP 4 HANA, changes to the hosting environments, and the impending opportunities from the cloud, data/analytics, artificial intelligence, and edge the demand for SAP environments to be performant, flexible, and efficient is higher than ever. Company is expanding its SAP consulting team to fulfill that demand. We are looking for an SAP Development and Integrations Lead who has extensive hands-on experience in ABAP development, a strong inclination towards problem-solving, and a design-thinking mindset to support our clients in their digital transformation journey. Responsibilities:With your vast knowledge of SAP and industry, you assist top-tier clients in their SAP digital transformation efforts. Your role entails providing guidance and executing SAP digital transformation initiatives. You also conceptualize, create, improve and optimize solutions using SAP development tools and platforms. Additionally, you work alongside global teams and partners across various functions to deliver solutions. You define and update solution and technology roadmaps, and architecture documents.

Required Experience:Minimum of 8 years experience in SAP space with an emphasis on developing and delivering - enterprise-grade global applicationsMinimum of two SAP S/4 HANA migration projects experience, especially in custom code remediationGood understanding of FIORI architecture, Launchpad configuration, app integration, and extensionGood understanding of ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM), and SAP UI5Extensive experience with SAP BTP especially in Integrations, SAP Build & process extensions

Preferred Experience:Exposure to SAP Integrations with B2B/EDI/IDOC, Concur, Ariba, Success Factors, Sales Cloud, and Coupa.Good understanding of several functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, PP, PS, and WMExperience in developing rich internet applications. (AJAX/ JavaScript/ JSON/ JAVA/ J2EE)Experience with the Cloud Foundry, Kyma, and multi-cloud BTP environment.Working knowledge of Groovy Scripts and XML, XSLT.Experience interacting with Senior and Executive Leadership.Experience with multi-tier / hybrid-cloud system development for large enterprises.Knowledge of the agile development process, development best practices, system architecture, design, implementation, and test automation.
