The role…
The role of Associate Backend Developer is important to us.
You’ll be working in a software development team within our rapidly expanding Vehicle Telematics business area.
Specifically, you will be helping to develop a key SaaS product used by our telematics customers.
This fully responsive, mobile-first application is built in Typescript / NodeJS / Docker on AWS and fully automated CI/CD pipelines.
As an Associate Developer you’ll already have some commercial experience with NodeJS and Typescript and be keen to build on that within a group of experienced developers ready to support you.
The work is innovative and often fast paced, so we are keen to talk with people who feel like they thrive in that kind of environment.
Telematics a big growth area for Radius, so there will be plenty of opportunity to improve your skills, stay current, and progress your career.
This role is available on a remote working basis with monthly visits to our head office in Crewe, Cheshire.
Your responsibilities will include…
Participating in the overall application lifecycleFocussing on coding and debuggingDesigning and developing new back-end servicesTroubleshooting and debugging servicesDeploying code into AWS using best practices
