We are actively seeking a Sr. Manager, Web Developer. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere is the US.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Web Development (Full Stack Developer) with a focus on Wordpress/PHP, to drive the development initiatives on our corporate website and other digital properties. In this role, you will help us enhance and up-level our online image, drive organic traffic, and optimize the site for conversions. If you are a strong developer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven track record in building and managing enterprise-class websites, we invite you to join our dynamic Digital Marketing Team.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Full Stack Development: Hands-on development in both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring the seamless integration of design and functionality, and incorporating automation where relevant. WordPress and PHP Expertise: Manage and enhance WordPress-based websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. Offer your technical knowledge and expertise to help scope and plan successful web development projects in conjunction with a diverse set of business partners. Attention to detail and quality: Continuously strive to deliver the highest quality code, ensuring best practices, security, and performance standards are met. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including brand design, product marketing, marketing operations, UX and IT, to creatively deliver the highest-quality web experiences. Clearly document your web development projects, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity. Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, and to plan experiments targeted to increasing conversions. Continuously track industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development, in order to bring new approaches and insights to your work.

Experience

Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in web development, with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies (full stack development) Proficient in WordPress development, customization, and maintenance, including strong expertise in PHP development. Front-end skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Angular experience is a plus) Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with quality assurance and testing tools Hands-on experience with project management, development, and tracking tools, like Jira

Skills

Wordpress web development, PHP Advanced Google Analytics skills, data analysis Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong focus on quality and attention to detail (zero defects) Adaptable and creative problem-solving skills Strong written and oral communication skills, with an ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management skills and an ability to influence cross-functional teams Relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills Teamwork skills Strong acumen with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience with lead management and marketing automation software a strong plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

Language

Fluency in English; additional language skills beneficial

Location

United States, remote (West Coast/Pacific time zone preferred)

Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.

The general salary range for this type of role is 112k - 168k depending on skills and experience.
