Since 2019, we’ve built web apps for both large enterprise brands and startup ventures across Canada and beyond. Must-HaveA down-to-earth, approachable personality.At least 1 year of industry experience in web application development or equivalent experience with personal side projects.Experience with one or more web application development frameworks, such as Ruby on Rails.Experience in front-end development languages and libraries (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js).Knowledge about relational database management systems.Familiarity with basic concepts of GIT.

Nice-to-haveExperience in Model, View, and Controller based web development frameworks.Knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL.A knack for problem-solving and debugging complex codebases.Interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Enthusiasm for participating in peer code reviews and collaborative development.A portfolio showcasing previous projects or contributions to open-source software
