Front End Developer Tech: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript Company: Greenfield FinTech SaaSWHY: 1st Front End Developer in a Greenfield SaaS Team Location: remote with some travel to Reading area office (day 1 and monthly - quarterly)

Do you have 5+ years' experience as a Front End Developer using React.JS? Can you demonstrate commercial delivery of a greenfield SaaS application? Do you have examples of challenging status quo by implementing documentation, processes, and frameworks?

The company are a leading FinTech Software Company, experience huge growth and with a reputation for being a market leader. They are looking for an experienced Front End Developer (React.JS) to join a new Greenfield SaaS team. With over 10,000 customers their solutions SaaS solutions are industry recognised. You will focus on converting designs into well programmed software, working with UI/UX and Product teams to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. As the 1st Front End Developer in this Greenfield team, you will use your experience of challenging ways of working to implement frameworks, solutions, and documentation to build scalable and reusable software. An open-mind and adaptable communication style is necessary to collaborate with the business.

Responsibilities include: Front End Developer Develop new user-facing features using React.jsBuild reusable components and front-end libraries for future useTranslate designs and wireframes into high quality codeOptimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsersCollaborate with back-end developers and database engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logicWork closely with the product team to understand end-user requirementsEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designsConduct testing and debugging to maintain high-quality code

Experience Required: Front End Developer5+ years commercial experience as a Front End DeveloperCommercial experience launching greenfield SaaS applications and able to convey scalability Experience in React.js and TypeScript and strong proficiency in JavaScriptExamples of challenging status quo i.e. identify and implement new documentation, frameworks, solutions, usability of SaaS applications Adaptable and open communication to collaborate and challenge ways of working Experience of delivery in an agile environment
