Senior Front End Developer

As Senior Front-End Developer at our stealth startup, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining web applications. You'll work with the development team, as well as UI/UX designers and product teams. You'll work closely with our engineering team to deliver consistent and reliable web and mobile experience. You'll work with our designers to improve usability for our customers. You'll optimize web design for mobile and other platforms for maximum speed. You'll work with designers to ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency. Ultimately, your work will have a direct impact on the user experience of our customers.

• You have heavy startup experience with Next.js, AWS and it is a bonus if you know python well.• You can implement solutions that are user responsive, secure and highly efficient.• You have knowledge of the entire web and mobile development process.• You are capable of implementing a resilient web and mobile architectures.• You have excellent experience with testing and debugging.• You have an eye for layout aesthetics and are a proactive collaborator.• You are analytical and you are a self-starter that will drive work to completion.• You have great problem-solving skills and you work well in a team.• You're curious about new technologies and you're driven to find ways to implement them in your work.• You have experience with coaching and mentoring other developers.• You have 5-7 years of experience as a senior front end developer

This is a 100% equity only role until we are funded. If you are expecting salary initially, this role isn’t for you.

About UsWe are a healthcare startup that is two months old. 90% of our team is built and we are already iterating on prototype, demo and MVP. The founding team has 150 years of industry experience and successful exits to F100. The global total addressable market that we have identified is primarily untapped and is 80M USD in a conservative estimate. Our pitch deck, website and other collateral is already being shared with investors. We are expecting this role to lead from the front, require minimal supervision and meet or exceed measured success criteria from leadership. You will be expected to have verifiable references and go through a background check before starting. This role is part-time and max 20 hours a week. Our team collaborates over slack.
