Your Opportunity
Metova's engineering team is hiring for a .Net Developer position in collaboration with a Metova Partner in the healthcare industry. We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and technical, with the passion to help shape the delivery of software products for customers.
This is a remote two month contractor position with the opportunity to be extended to six months. The time zone preference is PST.
What You Will Do
The .Net Developer will work with a growing development team to perform the following responsibilities:
Implement new features in an existing microservice-based applicationCollaborate with team members on infrastructure, deployment, and testingSuggest improvementsOther development projects to be assigned
Responsibilities
Work in an Agile development environmentWork closely with a team to implement tests for critical software component changesQuickly diagnose and repair system issuesImplement business processes into codeWork with the team to advise on proper database, network, and system configuration
Your Qualifications
4+ Years of experience.Work in an Agile development environmentExperience with .NET, .NET Core, or .NET Framework applicationsExperience with C#, SQL, MVC Architecture, and REST API servicesExperience with SQL Server databasesExperience with source control tools (git, Github, BitBucket, etc.)Team player (responsive communication and attentiveness to others)
Additional Preferences
Experience writing technical documentation (Jira / Confluence)Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
