Senior Front End Developer

How you will make an impact:

Architect, design, develop and maintain key frontend system and its features.Help software quality assurance team as part of a scrum team and deliver high quality releases on time.Learn and follow agile scrum methodology for software development and participate in scrum ceremonies.Establish and coordinate strategies with development teams; design and implement test cases.Deploy his/her changes in our Stage and production environment.Troubleshoot issues in systems under test and production environment.

Desired skills that will help you thrive in this position:

Familiarity with Sass.Familiarity with Jest or similar Javascript testing framework.Experience with either Jenkins, Docker, kubernetes, or AWS Cloud is a plus.Familiarity with agile scrum methodology for software development.

What we look for:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.Strong fundamentals in Javascript and familiarity with writing tests.Strong fundamentals in HTML5 and CSS3.Understanding browser layout engine, HTTP protocols, and working of a web application from a frontend perspective is desired.In-depth understanding of at least one javascript framework eg. React Js, Vue Js or Angular. Strong organizational skills and oral/written communication skills in English.Strong debugging skills using browser tools like a web inspector.Familiarity with RESTful API, web services is required.Familiarity with version control systems like Git is required and hands-on experience in Linux operating systems is desirable.Team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has a positive attitude to learn new things.Must demonstrate the ability to balance and prioritize activities to ensure critical items are completed.
