About the Role: As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance. You will collaborate with our design and content teams to implement their vision and create seamless experiences for our clients and their audiences.

Responsibilities:Developing custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.Modifying existing WordPress themes and plugins to enhance functionality and meet project needs.Deploy websites and eCommerce platforms, including domain and email configuration.Manage cPanel settings and oversee website hosting.Collaborating with the design and marketing team to implement their designs into WordPress templates.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress, WooCommerce, plugins, email, hosting, and cPanel.Optimizing websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.Troubleshooting and resolving any website issues or bugs.Testing and ensuring websites are responsive and compatible across various devices and browsers.Integrating third-party APIs and services as needed.Staying up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, techniques, and best practices.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Extensive knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.Familiarity with popular WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi).Experience with custom theme and plugin development.Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.Understanding of responsive design principles.Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent communication and time management skills.

Salary: Up to 35K BDT per month

Employment Status: Full-time (40 hours/per week)

Experience Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience.
