Qualifications:Demonstrable experience in blockchain development, showcasing proficiency in languages like Solidity and Rust.Industry knowledge of tier 1 blockchain protocols, applications, and industry standardsProven track record in recruiting, mentoring, and leading development teams.Familiarity with designing and developing user-friendly blockchain applications.Creativity and innovative outlookFluency in English (native level), additional languages are a bonusStrong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levelsExcellent organizational skillsAbility in problem-solving and negotiation
