Job Title: Production Support – Workato Job Location: Offshore-India/REMOTEDuration: Full-time/Permanent Job Description:We are looking for an Integration expert who understands integrations well and has strong coding skills. Having experience in workato, Golang and Python is a plus but he/she should be a quick learner and able to adjust as per the requirements. Ideally, we are looking for someone who can handle integration production support along with some development work. Responsibilities:Proactively monitor the alerts and integrations and make sure that everything is running smoothly in production.In case there is any error, work with the right stakeholders to fix that error.Handle integration bugs and incidents, which can be internal or raised by business.Handle integration enhancements e.g adding new fields to existing integrations, updating the connection details, changing schema etc.Handle integration builds as and when have bandwidth.We need someone from a computer science background who's proficient with programming (any object oriented language i.e. Java or Python or GoLang is fine).Good communication and analytical skills, ability to analyse and triage issues.Positive energy and willingness to learn new languages/skills.
