Responsibilities:🌐 Develop and maintain backend software with a focus on integrations, security, and testing, using the power and safety features of Rust.🌐 Integrate with third-party products using APIs and SDKs, ensuring seamless connectivity.🌐 Implement and adhere to the highest security best practices within the Rust programming language.🌐 Drive test-driven development and advocate for test automation practices in the Rust ecosystem.🌐 Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design robust architecture, leveraging Rust's performance and memory safety.🌐 Enhance test coverage across the Rust codebase, refactoring existing solutions for optimal performance.

Requirements:🚀 8+ years of experience in Web2 development.🚀 3+ years of hands-on experience with Rust, demonstrating proficiency in building scalable and secure backend systems.🚀 Knowledge and practical experience with Actix Web.🚀 Familiarity and/or experience with backend solutions.🚀 Passion for thoroughly testing code for completeness, accuracy, and security within the Rust ecosystem.🚀 Expertise in developing and scaling databases, microservices, and distributed computing.🚀 Cloud native - Proficient in cloud infrastructure technology, with a focus on Rust-compatible solutions.🚀 Experience in writing software capable of communicating through various network protocols, with a strong understanding of threading/locking models and asynchronous design.🚀 Ability to thrive in an environment of continuous integration and deployment.🗣️ Fluent in both English and Spanish: Ability to communicate conversationally in both languages.
