Senior Full Stack Software Developer / Team Lead

ABOUT THE PROJECTThe project is related to a cloud-native platform that unlocks and unites siloed building data to create smarter and more resilient spaces that improve occupant wellness. The platform gathers performance data from disparate systems, sensors and sources, and presents it in a smart, simple interface — so you can make quick assessments and confident decisions.

YOUR ROLE. Lead a POD consisting of front-end and back-end developers;Communicate with TPO, Solution Architect, SM, QA, and UX/UI to understand requirements and work collaboratively with our teams;Develop, maintain and improve features for a existing solution;Investigate, debug and resolve software defects;Follow clean code principles to write concise code;Conduct code reviews to ensure that the code is of high quality;Design, develop and execute unit and integration tests;Write and maintain IaC templates;Write and maintain technical documentation;Cooperate with development team and client representatives;Convert business requirements into technical requirements;Contribute to design and evolve the overall architecture of the existing solution;Decompose and estimate required functionality;Proactively supports other team members and helps them to be successful;Taking part in Agile ceremonies (dailies, planning etc.).

REQUIREMENTS

Experience as Team Lead in nearshore/offshore projects;5+ years of Typescript and Node.js experience;4+ years of overall experience in FE development;Experiences with Node.js, React, Redux, GraphQL;Understanding of Serverless framework and experience with Lambda Functions;Experience with Cloud services (AWS) experience with AWS-sdk;Knowledge of AWS services [DynamoDB, S3, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.];Experience with logging and monitoring techniques;Knowledge of Git branching models and strategies;Experience with authentication and authorization methods;Experience with SQL database: PostgreSQL/MySQL;NoSQL DB experience;Knowledge of Message Brokers / Message Buses;Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes;B2+ level of English.

Knowledge of AWS services [CloudFront, Kinesis/Kafka, Athena, etc.];AWS Certifications.
