Job ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate leadership skills within the DS team and with clients.Collaborate effectively with the DS team and client team.Set and uphold high performance standards for both personal and team achievements.Establish responsible deadlines and work plans for efficient project execution.Mentorship of developers, be more engaged with understanding the product and stories as they are plannedMastering existing apps in a short amount of time

Job RequirementsExcellent English proficiency (B2+ written and spoken).7+ years of related experience in a Lead Position.Impeccable punctuality for meetings.Proficient in .NET Core, React, SQL, and C#.Facilitate improved understanding of the product and stories among developers.Exhibit skills in handling legacy code and stored procedures.Proficient at setting best practice standards in accordance with client’s expectations, 100% hands on role

We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times.
