In this role, not only will you be vital in propelling our product's development, but you will also be central to designing and implementing efficient backend systems for our CRM tool. Your input will be critical in defining how the product feels and functions.As a Back-End Developer at Mein Paul, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact our product and the direction it takes. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the development team to design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems for our CRM toolBuild and maintain APIs and web services to support the frontend functionalitiesEnsure the security and integrity of the data by implementing proper authentication and authorization mechanismsArchitectural and functional documentationMaintain and optimize database queries and performance to enhance the overall system efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutionsStay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in API development Requirements:Strong experience in backend development, including working with PHP and related frameworks (e.g. Laravel)Experience with relational databases and proficiency in MySQL; experience with cloud data storage solutions (e.g. BlobStorage)Experience in implementing third party services (e.g. search engines, notification hubs, mail services)Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AzureProficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIsUnderstanding of software development principles, including version control and testingStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience with Flutter/Dart is a strong plusFluent in English (Conversational German a plus)Available to travel to Kempten (Allgäu) at least every 3 months What we offer:4-Day Work Week (32h)Low HierarchiesFlexible remote work & 6 weeks per year of WFA/WorkationYoung startup environmentGreen Travel SupportPersonal and Professional Development BudgetTime off for volunteering, blood donations, etc.Health and Welfare Budget
