Junior .NET Full Stack Developer (Remote)

Chainbridge Technologies is seeking a remote Junior .NET Full Stack Developer to work on a federal project.

US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance is required for this role. Qualified candidates must reside in the United States.

We started developing our first emergency management solutions in 2004, and today our planning, preparedness, response, and recovery systems are utilized by tens of thousands of emergency managers and responders across all levels of government and the private sector. Our innovative use of cloud, mobile, GIS, and social media technologies, combined with policy and operational subject matter expertise, is applicable to the full spectrum of emergency response missions encompassing both All-Hazard and CBRN incidents. 

What you will be doing:

You will be working on a fast-paced team using modern technologies such as ReactJS, Microsoft SQL Server, .NET framework, etc. You will be working on a government contract to support emergency response missions.

As a Junior .NET Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for:

Implementing new functionality and enhancements within an existing web application Full-stack development of software solutions using a full lifecycle Agile methodology– design, development, testing, implementation, deployment, and maintenance. Build highly interactive and customized web, mobile, and back-end applications Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software  Working closely with other Development and Quality Assurance team members Continuous Learning of new technologies and tools

Qualifications (Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

Experience working on a software development project Knowledge of the Agile software development life cycle Must be a full-stack developer and understand concepts of software engineering Takes initiative and is a self-starter Knowledge and experience with the technical skills listed below Experience working in a remote environment and working with team members utilizing a collaborative work platform such as Teams, Slack, etc. Collaborative team player Good communication skills

Technical Skills Required:

C# .NET 4.8 or 5+ Web technologies such as HTML5 and CSS JavaScript/TypeScript Experience with ReactJS Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL Scripting Microsoft Visual Studio

Technical Skills Desired:

GIT WCAG/508 development practices Web APIs Azure App Services Azure SQL Databases Azure DevOps iOS Development

Education and Experience:

An accredited Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field, coupled with a solid track record of 1+ years of professional experience in the industry. OR A High School Diploma with 3+ years of professional development work experience Potential candidates will be required to take an online Junior Developer Assessment to test their skill level. The test will take approximately one hour to complete.
