Job Description:We are looking for a logically sound React developer to work towards scaling up of our newly developed Predictive Project Management Solution. We are looking to increase team size to incorporate expansions in our Product Development project that include further Development Releases and ongoing optimization and maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years of front-end development to take responsibility and ownership of application, scale it up and decide the architecture of future development, along with a highly skilled team of developers. Location: Remote in the near future but later office-based mode might start in future. Required Qualities:· 2+ years of experience in React development.· Experience in working with React 18 and its latest features. Desired Qualities: · Knowledge of production builds, rendering optimizations.· Knowledge of animation libraries such as framer, motion etc. · Past experience with Firebase notifications, Realtime DB and socket.io· Knowledge of Android, IOS native and development, launching and managing Production apps· Enthusiastic, Good design sense, fast learner and willing to learn new technologies.

ResponsibilitiesDeveloping new features for project management web applicationBuild reusable code and libraries for future use.Optimize and improve existing codebase (Re-design architecture if required).Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
