We prioritize a remote-first culture and deliver high-quality products with a distributed team.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain robust web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products.Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.Solid proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and building scalable applications.Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Good understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).Effective communication and collaboration skills.
