Roles & ResponsibilitiesAbout The Role:As a Braze Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimising the Braze platform for our client's marketing and customer engagement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute targeted campaigns and provide strategic recommendations to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

Develop and execute CRM strategies using the Braze platformCreate and manage customer segments for targeted campaignsDesign and implement personalized, data-driven customer journeysCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement and retentionAnalyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvementSupport the troubleshooting and remediation of existing Braze notifications, ensuring that each notification is driving user and business impactCollaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute personalised, data-driven campaigns across various channels, such as email, push notifications, in-app messaging and SMSMonitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise engagement, conversion rates, and customer lifetime valueExpertise in Campaign Orchestration and Life cycle programsExperience in Personalization in campaignsGood understanding of ETL Process

Project Requirements:Key Qualifications:Experience with Braze application is a must, preferably 1 years of hands on experience with Braze applicationExperience in developing and implementing CRM strategiesKnowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customizationA strong understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle management, and marketing automation conceptshands-on in Marketing automation implementations, ideally involving integrations with Braze core and other platformsExperienced relevant marketing experience, developing multi-channel content strategiesExperienced in working with data driven Customer lifecycle campaigns leveraging first party data

Additional NOTES:Experience: 3+ yearsMust: 1 or 2 Braze project implementation experienceDuration: 6 - 8 months
