QualificationsMinimum 6 years as a software developerProven ability to lead software projects to productionExperience in Ruby on Rails development (Big Advantage)Working knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks (mainly React)Experience with Postgres or any SQL databaseProficiency in Git and Agile methodologiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
