SQL Developer

Role - Sql Developer Location - REMOTE

Python or Java programming languages mustW2 only

Responsibilities:• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures on MS SQL Server to support data retrieval and manipulation needs• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions, ensuring alignment with database structures and capabilities• Utilize either Java or Python to develop and maintain applications, integrating them with the database backend as needed• Work with ETL tools to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the database, ensuring data quality and integrity• Leverage Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics, utilizing its features and capabilities to enhance data storage and processing• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business use cases and requirements, providing technical expertise and solutions• Contribute to the design and architecture of database systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security

Qualifications:• 5+ years of writing complex SQL queries• 4+ years of experience creating database views and stored procedures w/ MS SQL server• 3+ years of Java or Python experience• Hands on experience with ETL tools• Hands on experience with Snowflake (preferred)• Bachelors degree (preferred)
