What You'll Do:Spearhead the development of cutting-edge web applications.Swiftly diagnose and resolve system bugs within defined timelines.Craft, test, and troubleshoot new and existing functionalities to meet specifications.Deploy and install innovative software applications.Document programming intricacies for future reference.Engage in collaborative code reviews and mentor junior developers.Continuously enhance processes and outcomes through retrospectives.Engage across all stages of the software lifecycle.

What We're Looking For:Minimum 5 years of commercial expertise in C# MVC/ASP.NET (.Net Framework 3.5+) / .Net (Preferably 5.0+).At least 1.5 years of commercial experience in React.EU passport or valid work permit for Ireland.Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent Analytical skills and logical thinkingProficient in Entity Framework (Preferably EF 5.0+ or EF Core 3.0+), REST API/Web Services, SQL Server (2018 and onwards), AJAX/jQuery, HTML/JavaScript/CSS/Bootstrap.Familiarity with Git (experience with Azure DevOps is a plus).

Extra Points for:Understanding of Clean Architecture.Experience in Agile/Scrum Methodology and Microsoft Azure.Proficiency in unit testing, mentoring, DevExpress/DevExtreme.

Work Environment:Flexible 7.5-hour workday between 8 am and 6 pm Irish time.Remote work within the EU (preference for Ireland).
