The position

Since 2021, Famileo has been growing strongly in the B2B UK market, with over 200 care homes and several thousand users who use our solution.

We are now looking ASAP for a Business developer in the UK to join our growing team.You will report directly to our UK Sales Manager.

You will be responsible for developing the portfolio in your sector. We're offering you the chance to develop in an environment where initiative and autonomy are important - all in an ultra-dynamic, expert atmosphere.

You will:Actively engage and generate leads for business generation,Work to individual and team targets,Meet with prospects (physically and virtually), demonstrate our platform and present our solution to people at all levels of seniority in the care sector,Attend networking and sector specific events,Negotiate and deploy our innovative offering with new partners and, in collaboration with our Client Support team, monitor the implementation of our solution,Establish links with your key contacts and influencers over the long term,Ensuring regular and accurate reporting: helping to set up monitoring and steering tools, objectives, KPIs, etc.,Working with the other members of the team, helping to draw up our sales strategy in the UK to develop our business volume and profitability.

You will be assigned a specific region in the UK (wales and south west). As you will be working for a French company, you will be travelling at least 2/3 times a year in Saint-Malo, France, to strengthen the relationship with the team and for trainings. If you are based near Bristol that would be ideal (location open to discussion).

Desired Profile

We're looking for someone with at least 3 years' initial sales experience in B2B with a strong sales track record.Career and passion in the care sector would be a plus.You have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to make proposals. You are result driven, ambitious and remarkably confident.You have excellent interpersonal skills and share our values, which are strongly focused on people, team spirit and caring.You are self-motivated and have experience in leads generation and sales presentations.You are organised and know how to plan your sales tour. You are prepared to travel to meet with your prospects and attend sector specific events.You have worked with a CRM before.Fluent in English and minimum basic French required.Full UK Driver’s license needed.“Right to work in the UK” required.

Other information

Home office position with regular travel in your region.Work contract under British labor law with British payroll management (French Company registered in the UK as employer without subsidiary in the UK at date).Attractive remuneration package consisting of a fixed salary and bonuses.

Famileo is also present in more than 2000 affiliated retirement and care homes in France and abroad. Thanks to our continued growth in France, Famileo has also started to grow internationally, notably in Spain, the UK, the USA and Canada.

Launched in 2015 by Tanguy and Armel, today we are a team of more than 50 people based in Saint-Malo and Barcelona.
