ResponsibilitiesWork with the onsite team to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the MS Dynamics 365 CRM platform.Design, develop, test, and deploy customized CRM solutions using C#, .NET Core, and other relevant technologies, adhering to best practices and coding standards.Configure and customize MS Dynamics 365 CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins to meet specific business needs.Integrate MS Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications using various integration techniques, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient processes.Stay current with industry trends and advancements in MS Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies, recommending improvements and innovations to the development process.

Skills required.Experience - 5+ years.Proven experience as a MS Dynamic CRM Power apps developer with a strong focus on MS Dynamics 365 CRM, including customizations, configurations, and integrations.Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server, with the ability to design and develop complex customizations and extensions.Solid understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.Experience with web services, APIs, and integration techniques (REST, SOAP, etc.).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.Microsoft certifications related to MS Dynamics 365 CRM development is a plus.Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies is advantageous.
