Job SummaryThe Salesforce Health Cloud Developer collaborates with the project team and the client to translate business requirements into working Salesforce solutions. The Developer has a deep familiarity with Salesforce platform configuration and customization and integrates Salesforce with other applications or data management platforms. As a member of a project team, the Developer mentors more junior resources, works with the Technical Lead to assign work to other team members and uses thought leadership and experience to solve the most difficult technical challenges on the Salesforce platform. The Developer has a range of experiences across the Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud and has integrated the platform with other applications for customers either in Healthcare or in Life Sciences industries.Responsibilities•Designs, develops, tests, and supports Salesforce Health Cloud implementations using out of the box Health Cloud data model, components, and add-on features•Develop customizations using Flows, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, Web Services, Salesforce Metadata API etc. as appropriate using code authoring tools such as VS Code, to satisfy the client’s business requirements.•Performs Salesforce configuration and administrative functions as required•Support the creation of customizations and integrations required to solution delivery•Implementation of Service Cloud features using Omnichannel engagement and CTI integrations•Develop self-service portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud•Configure the Salesforce application based on the business requirements•Develop and maintain Salesforce Lightning Web Components•Design and development of API-driven or Web Service driven system integration on Salesforce platform•Experience in designing bulk data migration mechanisms on Salesforce•Apply best practices and experience to build Salesforce applications.•Develop estimates for projects•Work closely with other developers in the team, business analyst, QA analyst and project managers.•Research Salesforce capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide gap analysis•Ability to migrate metadata between Salesforce environments using Jenkins, GitHub, change sets and other tools as needed.•Skills in Angular JS, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, jQuery is a plus.Skills and QualificationsRequired•At least 5+ years in a consulting function•Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science)•Minimum 4 years of application design and development experience•At least two end to end implementations engagements on Health Cloud, including deep understanding of different Health Cloud Data Models and add-on features•Implementation experience of Service Cloud, Omnichannel engagement and CTI integrations•Experience in implementing self-service portals on Experience CloudPg. 2 of 2•Minimum 3 years of experience developing and customizing Salesforce application using Flows, APIs, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components•Experience of managing implementation with IDE Tools like Eclipse, VS Code, Workbench, Data Loader etc.•2+ years of working with clients and vendors developing solutions and supporting projects from requirements gathering to release management•Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications•Manage multiple assignments and deadlines•For consultants based outside of India, willingness to travel up to 80%•Salesforce Service Cloud Certification•Salesforce Platform Developer I certification•Salesforce Platform Developer II certificationPreferred•At least 5+ years in a consulting function•Salesforce Accreditation for Health Cloud•Salesforce certification on Experience Cloud•Experience in working with customers in the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry
