Guidewire Midlevel Developer

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Guidewire Policy Center. Design and develop Guidewire Policy Center Integration and customizations to meet specific business needs. •Implement policy administration functionalities, workflows, rules, and rating algorithms using Guidewire Policy Center tools and frameworks. Customize Guidewire Policy Center user interfaces to enhance user experience and usability. Integrate Guidewire Policy Center with external systems, including document management, billing, and L11derwriting systems. Develop and maintain web services and APIs for data exchange between Guidewire Policy Center and other applications. Utilize cloud technologies, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS), for the deployment and management of Guidewire applications. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards during development and customization activities. Conduct unit testing and participate in system and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Guidewire Policy Center solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, infrastructure, and operations teams, to support the full software development lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks related to Guidewire Policy Center and its integrations. Stay updated with the latest Guidewire versions, tools,and technologies to provide recommendations and drive continuous improvement. Document technical specifications, design decisions, and development activities for future reference. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
