Role DescriptionThis is a Full-Time remote role for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer. As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy new features. You will also mentor junior developers and ensure software quality by writing clean code and performing code reviews.

Qualifications4+ years of experience in web development and working with Ruby on Rails frameworkStrong knowledge of object-oriented programming, MVC, and RESTful web servicesExperience working with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React a plusBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related fieldExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviewsAbility to write clean and maintainable code
