Senior SQL Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SQL developerwith MSSQL and basic C# .Net core for international software team.

Job purpose is to work within Development Team from Poland and UK, US. You will be involved in development process of a FUJITSU R&D PROJECT.

You can choose if You wish to work from home or in a fast growing R&D facilities located in Lodz or Katowice.

Responsibilities

SQL Development FocusWriting complex SQL/T-SQL queries and proceduresEvaluate and enhance database configurations based on SQL development best practicesConsideration will be given to candidates who are not DBA’s with strong SQL development backgroundsPerformance TuningOptimize database performance through effective tuning of queries, indexing, and configurations Identify and resolve performance-related issues promptlyTroubleshootingDiagnose and troubleshoot database issues, ensuring quick resolutionCollaborate with development and IT teams to address application and infrastructure-related challengesOwnershipEssential is the ability to take ownership of database-related projects and tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completionProactively identify areas for improvement and implement enhancementsDatabase Architecture KnowledgeMust have a solid understanding of database architecture and especially internal objects like indexes.Collaborate with architects to ensure the alignment of database design with overall system architectureTeam CollaborationStrong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Ability to anticipate and address issues before they become problems

Skills Required

Very good knowledge of SQL/T-SQLC# .Net core at basic level at leastGood knowledge of MS SQL ServerGood English language skillsMust have significance experience in SQL Development and/or SQL tuning and optimisation

Experience with integration or middleware systems.

Salary ranges: 10 000 - 16 000 PLN gross UoP
