Job Title: Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer - Customer Engagement
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior MS Dynamics 365 Developer to join our dynamic team located in Seattle, WA. Preferably, the ideal candidate will be located in the Seattle area; however, we welcome full remote candidates who are willing to work in the PST time zone. You will play a key role and offer up your extensive experience in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise applications of robust and scalable solutions on MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. With a strong background in integrations, project management, and cloud infrastructure technologies, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering robust technical solutions.
ResponsibilitiesMS Dynamics 365 Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions tailored to meet business requirements.Integration Expertise: Integrate MS Dynamics 365 with various platforms, including SAP, PriceFX, and other enterprise and data platforms.Power Platform: Utilize Power Platform for the development of custom applications, workflows, and automations to enhance business processes.Project Management: Apply project management skills to oversee the full development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.Cloud Infrastructure Technologies: Work with cloud infrastructure technologies to deploy, optimize, and manage MS Dynamics 365 applications in cloud environments.Enterprise Application Management: Manage the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.Digital Transformation: Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by implementing innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.Technical Solutions and Reengineering: Propose and implement technical solutions and reengineering efforts to improve system performance and functionality.Retail & Commerce SDK: Utilize Retail & Commerce SDK to develop custom solutions aligned with retail industry standards.
Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.7-10 years of experience as an MS Dynamics 365 Developer with hands-on experience with Customer Engagement.Expertise in integrations with SAP and PriceFX are a plus.Strong experience with Power Platform and project management.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies.Solid understanding of enterprise application management.Experience in digital transformation initiatives.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred SkillsCertification in MS Dynamics 365.
