Sterling OMS Developer

VRIZE is looking for an experienced and motivated IBM Sterling OMS Developer to join our team who will play an integral role in the design and development of IBM Sterling OMS solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:Analyze and design order management solutions for customers leveraging IBM Sterling OMS.Gather, analyze, and perform fit-gap analysis on business requirements.Actively participate and contribute to the preparation of various project documents (e.g., Solution Design, Functional Specifications, Environment Setup documents, etc.).Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.Actively participate in OMS SIT and UAT phases with the project team and client stakeholders.Participate in code reviews and provide strategic guidance to the team to help navigate and solve technical blockers in designs and implementations.

Technical Experience:3+ years of strong Order Management experience with IBM Sterling OMS.3+ years of development experience with Java involving customization of IBM Sterling OMS in eCommerce and retail projects.Experience analyzing technical architectures and designing business modules using OMS API's and Services.Strong knowledge of IBM Sterling Foundation, Agent, and SDF frameworks.In-depth knowledge of Order Management Foundation modules for Distributed Order Management, Supply Collaboration, Inventory Visibility, Payment Processing, and Reverse Logistics.Exposure to CI/CD processes and sound knowledge of IBM Sterling Build & Deployment.Experience working in Agile delivery teams.Ability to think out of the box and drive creativity and also foster the same culture within the team.Exposure to IBM Sterling Store and Call Center customizations is a plus.Knowledge of docker containerization is a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
