Job Description

This Web Software Developer position will be responsible for the development, operational feasibility, and deployment of the enterprise’s overall systems. This role designs, codes, tests, and debugs of complex application programming problems, taking computer equipment capacity, limitations, operating time, and form of desired results into consideration.

Modifies organization’s applications systems by programming, encoding, testing, and debugging programs. Ensures that programs can be integrated in the applications systems. Assists with solving problems with existing applications systems.

Analyzes and integrates vendor and client technologies within existing application frameworks to improve design and application functionality. Responsible for developing, documenting, and maintaining external interfaces and APIs. Works on most phases of applications programming activities.

Resourceful in familiar situations. Self-starter, voluntarily solves non-routine job problems when necessary. Shows a keen insight into people. Constantly offers and eager to assist others. Effectively manages deadlines and commitments.

Occasionally directed in several aspects of work. Works at a steady pace meeting requirements and standards for accuracy. Excellent communicator, effectively expresses thoughts in verbal and written format with coworkers, management, and clients. CompensationLocation: Fully Remote Salary: $90K to $110K depending on experienceBenefits: Please note the company pays for 100% of the employee’s healthcare (Anthem PPO) and Dental (Delta Dental), which adds substantially to level of compensation.
