Dotnet Developer(Optimezly)

**Job Description:**We are looking for a skilled and motivated Optimizely Developer to join our team. As an Optimizely Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing digital experiences using the Optimizely platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute A/B tests, personalization campaigns, and other optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, proficiency in Optimizely (formerly known as Episerver) CMS, and a passion for delivering impactful digital experiences. Responsibilities:- Designing and developing web applications and content solutions using Optimizely CMS.- Implementing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns to improve user engagement and conversion rates.- Collaborating with designers and marketers to create compelling digital experiences aligned with business goals.- Customizing and extending Optimizely functionality using .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Optimizely APIs.- Optimizing website performance, SEO, and accessibility.- Analyzing test results and user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement.- Providing technical guidance and support to team members. Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience as an Optimizely Developer or similar role.- Proficiency in .NET development and ASP.NET MVC framework.- Strong understanding of Optimizely CMS architecture and best practices.- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.- Optimizely certification(s) is a plus. Additional Requirements:- Portfolio of previous Optimizely projects or optimization campaigns is highly desirable.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Eagerness to stay updated on the latest Optimizely features and industry trends.- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
