The Role
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential international markets, conduct comprehensive research, and qualify leads through diverse channels, including online research, networking, and client outreach, aligning with our software company's expertise.- Serve as an online bidding expert on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, People per Hour, and Guru, with a focus on securing projects spanning software development, branding, design, and customer support.- Drive targeted sales efforts to maintain a high-profile rating on platforms like Upwork and others.- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, fostering healthy and professional relationships for ongoing satisfaction and collaboration.- Lead the sales process from initial lead to closure, including contract negotiation and deal closure.- Effectively communicate through various channels, including phone calls, chats, emails, and video conferences using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype based on client preferences.- Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the unique needs of potential clients.- Provide accurate estimates and quotations for customers.- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts, offering insights and recommendations to the management team.- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.- Collect feedback from clients and prospects to continuously enhance our software solutions.

- Proven success in acquiring and managing international clients, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and business practices across various regions.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to overcome objections and secure deals.- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales and business development.- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.- Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.- Proven track record of at least 1-5 years in business development and sales within the software industry.- Strong understanding of Mobile and Web-based products and software development processes.
