Position: CRM Developer - Dynamics 365 and Power Platform**Location: Germany/Austria (Multiple locations available)Salary: Up to €100k + Bonus

Role Overview:As a CRM Developer specializing in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customized CRM solutions for their clients. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:Develop and customize CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including configuration, customization, and extension.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Design and implement integrations with other systems and third-party applications to enhance CRM functionality and data exchange.Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the stability and performance of CRM solutions.Stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and continuously enhance your skills and expertise.

Requirements:Proven experience as a CRM Developer specializing in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, ideally within a consultancy environment.Strong proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, SQL Server, and .NET framework.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
