Job Overview:We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in WordPress, Shopify, and Drupal development, with expertise in frontend and backend technologies. Responsibilities:

Website Development and Customization:1. Develop and tailor WordPress, Shopify websites for optimal performance and responsiveness.2. Customize Wordpress/Shopify platforms to meet specific client needs.3. Implement headless CMS solutions for a decoupled and flexible content management approach.

Plugin Development and Management:4. Integrate custom/third party WordPress/Shopify/Drupal plugins as needed.5. Manage and optimize apps for enhanced functionality.6. Implement API integrations to connect various systems seamlessly.

UI/UX Design:7. Collaborate with designers to enhance user experience across WordPress, Shopify, and headless CMS platforms.8. Ensure mobile responsiveness and adherence to the latest design standards.

Performance Optimization:9. Optimize website speed, scalability, and performance.10. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.11. Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics regularly.

SEO and ADA:11. Implement SEO best practices on WordPress, Shopify, and headless CMS sites.12. Ensure accessibility (ADA) compliance for websites, creating an inclusive online experience for all users.

Collaboration and Support:13. Work closely with project managers and team members to meet project goals and deadlines.14. Provide technical support and training on WordPress, Shopify, and headless CMS functionalities to team members and clients.

Continuous Learning:15. Stay abreast of the latest trends and updates in WordPress, Shopify, headless CMS, and web technology to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a web development company.2. Demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn independently.3. Strong problem-solving skills.4. Proven experience in developing at least 10 websites from scratch.5. Enthusiastic about building websites quickly and meeting deadlines.6. Commitment to delivering quality work, not just website construction.7. Ability to document and provide explanations where necessary.
