Roles and Responsibilities· Experience in Implementing ServiceNow discovery solution.· Experience in implementing ServiceNow Event Management Solution.· Experience in integrating ServiceNow CMDB with different discovery tools.· Experience in implementing Service Mapping solution.· Good exposure to Configuration Management Lifecycle· Ability to work alongside developers and guide the development team.· Experience with REST, SOAP, and JavaScript.· Good exposure to CMDB CSDM.· Good experience in troubleshooting discovery issues.· Experience in Integrating ServiceNow Event Management with different third-party monitoring tools.· Strong experience in implementing cloud discovery.· Good experience in troubleshooting CMDB issues.· Customer Facing Experience· Strong documentation and communication skillsCertifications· Must have: CSANice to have: CIS Discovery/CIS Service Mapping/CIS Event Management/CAD- Certified Application Developer
