Job Description:We are in search of a skilled Backend Lead Developer who is passionate about building robust back-end systems and values the importance of high-quality documentation. Your role will involve leading our backend development efforts, with a strong focus on Docker, AWS, and DevOps, while ensuring that all processes and codebases are well-documented and easily understandable.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop scalable and efficient backend systems.- Implement and advocate for a 'documentation first' approach, ensuring all development work is well-documented.- Utilize Docker for development and deployment, ensuring seamless environment management.- Oversee AWS deployment, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrating best DevOps practices.- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment of backend solutions with business objectives, emphasizing clear and comprehensive documentation.- Mentor and lead the development team, fostering a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in backend architecture and development.- Strong commitment to a 'documentation first' approach in software development.- Expertise in Docker, AWS, and modern DevOps practices.- Proficiency in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing development teams.- Excellent communication in English and Spanish, with an emphasis on clear and effective documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Years of relevant experience in backend development and architecture.- Demonstrated experience in implementing a documentation-centric development process.- Previous work experience in a startup environment is a plus.
