Position OverviewThis is a full-time remote Technical Product Owner role at Terra Reporting. This exciting opportunity is open exclusively to candidates based in Portugal. The Microsoft Power Platform Developer will be responsible for taking ownership of the ESG reporting solution and driving its technical vision. This role involves managing and implementing the product roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of features and enhancements. The Microsoft Power Platform Developer will work on creating and prioritizing the product backlog, engaging with clients for their feedback and needs, and helping to deliver high-quality software.

QualificationsProven experience in software or technical product development and management, with a focus on SaaS solutions.

Expertise in working with Agile development methodologies and the ability to manage and prioritize the product backlog.

Work closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to capture and build business requirements:Conduct meetings and workshops with relevant stakeholders to understand business requirements.Document detailed and clear product requirements based on the gathered information.Provide regular updates to the CPO on the status of the product backlog and any challenges or opportunities that may arise.Break down complex requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.Ensure requirements are clear and actionable to start the development process.

Work closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to build and implement technical requirements.Ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements.Experience developing on Microsoft Power Platform, including designing complex data models for Model Driven applications, building workflows with Power Automate, ETL processes, and designing dashboards and reports using Power BI.Experience working on Microsoft Azure Machine Learning components, demonstrating proficiency in Azure Machine Learning Studio, Python coding, building, training, and deploying machine learning models, using Azure Databricks, and applying NLP techniques for text analysis.Familiarity with Azure DevOps for setting up CI/CD pipelines specific to Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Machine Learning projects.Experience with collaborating on complex software solutions that involve user interfaces, API integrations, and analytics.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.

Previous experience as a developer, business systems Analyst or related technical role.

Previous experience and knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure Machine Learning components.

Basic understanding of the Sustainability domain, ESG reporting requirements and European Union CSRD regulations is a plus.
