JIRA Developer

We at IOTE Technologies are currently seeking JIRA Developers. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in EazyBI and ScriptRunner, with a proven ability to configure integrations and automate tasks within the Jira platform. Strong collaborative skills are essential, as the candidate will be expected to optimize workflows and enhance project performance through effective communication. Additionally, expertise in Jira management and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL are highly desirable.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Jira DeveloperExperience: 6+ yearsLocation: Hyderabad, INDIA.Mode of Work: Remote / Hybrid

Responsibilities:

Utilize EazyBI for insightful reporting and dashboards, enhancing project performance analysis.Configure EazyBI integration for streamlined data visualization.Develop custom scripts with ScriptRunner to automate tasks and extend Jira's functionality.Implement Scripts for Mail Handler and scripting fields to automate email handling and field behavior.Use Jira Automation to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows.Manage Jira instances, including user management and project configurations.Provide support and troubleshoot technical issues for Jira users.Develop backend reports and queries for Jira data analysis [Eg: using SQL].Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into effective solutions.

Desired Skills:

Proficient in EazyBI for Jira reporting and analytics.Experienced in ScriptRunner for Jira customization and automation, including Groovy scripting.Familiar with Jira Administration tasks, such as user management and permission schemes.Skilled in backend report writing using querying languages like SQL.Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues independently.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork across functions. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
