About Lorenzo Protocol: Lorenzo Protocol is a BTC L2 omni-chain protocol. We are looking to build an omni-chain decentralized infrastructure to wrap all BTC native assets and provide omni-chain interoperability and liquidity for BTC DeFi products. We are a group of BTC enthusiasts looking to build a better future empowered by BTC. Previously named 'Multi-chain Event Protocol', Lorenzo Protocol achieved recognition as the winner of the MVB V project, with a lead investment from Binance Labs.

Your excellent communication skills, combined with your technical expertise, make you adept at understanding and advocating for developers' needs. You're a strategic thinker, capable of driving initiatives that grow and strengthen the developer community around our platform. With your enthusiasm and innovative approach, you're ready to lead and inspire, making a significant impact in the Bitcoin ecosystem.

Responsibilities:Developer Relations: Establish and maintain strong connections with web3 developer communities. You will be tasked with actively engaging and building lasting relationships with these groups, serving as the key point of contact between Lorenzo and the Bitcoin development ecosystem. Formulate and implement an effective strategy for nurturing and expanding our developer community.Community Engagement: Foster and sustain robust connections with developers, various projects, and partners.Stakeholder Engagement: Pinpoint and interact with key figures in the blockchain realm to stimulate collaboration and forge strategic alliances.Community Connection: Serve as the intermediary between Lorenzo Protocol and external developer groups, proficiently representing our platform and initiatives.Event Management: Plan and conduct developer-centric events like workshops, hackathons, and meetups to showcase our technology and actively engage with the developer community.Feedback Integration: Gather and communicate valuable input from developers to internal teams, aiding in the continuous enhancement of our products and services.Content Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to produce developer-focused materials, tutorials, and resources.Brand Awareness: Stay informed about blockchain industry trends, developer tools, and technologies, and share knowledge within the organization. Promote Lorenzo Protocol in the developer community through various digital and physical channels.Incentive Program Management: Create and oversee developer incentive schemes to encourage adoption and active participation.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree a plus).A minimum of 6 years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or community management, preferably within the blockchain or tech sector.Profound understanding of blockchain technology and its developer ecosystem.A proven track record in building and nurturing developer communities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical audiences.Demonstrated capability in devising and executing strategic developer relations plans.Experience in organizing and hosting developer-centric events and activities.Passion for blockchain technology and a strong desire to empower developers to build on our platform.Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.Familiarity with leading BTC Layer 2 developer communities is a plus.
