What you’ll do We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Tech Lead with a strong understanding of software and engineering best practices. You will be responsible for leading a small team of mobile engineers to drive the design, development, implementation & monitoring of an iOS and Android application. You will be working closely with other engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality technical solutions for our customer business needs, always focusing on Agile development.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Mobile engineers (iOS and Android) to develop a high-quality experience for our customers. Design and implement scalable, robust, and efficient mobile software using Swift and SwiftUI for iOS and Kotlin / Java for Android. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Multi-task and take on challenges as they come up. Guide initiatives to improve code quality, organization, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve developer productivity and software quality.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Language Level: Advanced English Mobile App Development background, focused on SwiftUI Familiarity in Leadership role working as Mobile Lead / Mobile Architect Acquaintance with Jetpack Compose Expertise in Kotlin / Java Good working knowledge and experience with coroutines / MVVM Architecture and Dependency injection - Dagger 2 Good understanding of Clean Architecture Good understanding of REST APIs. Excellent communication skills Proven skills of effective communication / demonstration of technical roadmaps / architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders Background in working in Agile environment & direct interaction with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications: Working experience in Push Notifications
