We are looking for talented, experienced people to design, develop, and support application solutions for what concerns front-end, UI, and UX. This role requires ability:• to design, develop, and/or re-engineer the front-end of enterprise-level web applications by using advanced CMS systems;• to translate graphic visual and interactive designs into the presentation layer for highly interactive web applications using responsive design and development techniques;• to develop prototypes and perform data entry for advanced, interactive application user interface, leveraging CMS platforms (mainly WordPress).Required Professional and Technical Expertise:In order to act as a UI experience front-end developer, we are looking for candidates with the following background and skills:• +5 years technical experience• Experience in managing and guiding junior practitioners• Experience in working on proposals and solutions• Skills in creating and feeding websites by using the most popular CMS platforms, mainly WordPress• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the WordPress platform• Strong skills in HTML5, Javascript, CSS3• Good development skills in PHP in order to extend the basic elements of the WordPress platform (Themes and Plugins)• Good knowledge of English and other languages, in order to be able to perform also content translation• Good interpersonal and communication skillsPreferred Professional and Technical Expertise:In particular, are very appreciated:• Competencies in UI/UX design• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
