OVERVIEW:
Responsible for the development and maintenance of a ServiceNow platform for our Client, the Federal Government. The role involves designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform. A ServiceNow developer must also manage the platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary.
TASKS:
Identify deficiencies and provide solutionsCollaborate with other administrators to develop solutions and changesUse languages and third party controls such as .NET, C# and AJAXManage tool configuration to ensure reliable productionCustomize applications to facilitate the use of new applications and customizationsAvoid disruptions by implementing new changes with the least disruption to operationsProvide expertise for all technical issues related to developmentUnderstand the bigger picture by using large-scale thinking when working on projects
