AWS Serverless Developer

We are looking for a mid-senior level AWS Serverless Developer to join our remote IT team. In this role, you will collaborate with a small team to architect, build and manage the serverless backend infrastructure that powers our mobile app. At Returned.com, we prioritize not only the functionality but also the quality of our codebase, investing in regular refactoring to ensure scalability, maintainability, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable cloud functions, APIs, and datastoresTroubleshoot and optimize performance of serverless applicationsIntegrate serverless infrastructure with other AWS servicesFollow best practices around security, monitoring, and automationRegularly review and refactor code to improve quality and maintainability

Requirements:3-5+ years experience with AWS serverless technologies including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and moreExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testingAbility to write clean, maintainable code using Node.js and modern JavaScript frameworksProficiency in TypeScript, including understanding TypeScript specific patterns and best practicesSolid understanding of cloud architecture designs, APIs, microservices. Strong problem solving and communication skillsExperience working remotely
