EVM Dapp developer

Company DescriptionTagus Labs is a venture studio dedicated to driving innovation in Liquid Staking Tokens (LST) and their potential in the DeFi ecosystem. We aim to unlock the potential of LSTfi by providing scalable sources of rewards while preserving liquidity for DeFi projects.

Role Description-Research, Design, code and implement different Dapps(Sometimes it can be just MVP of completely new type of protocols, sometimes fork with some improvements, it can be fully decentralised without any backend, or with centralised with all main logic on backend)-Effectively communicate technical details via documentation and demonstration

Qualifications-Proven track record of developing modern, secure, scalable complex Dapps-Go, Solidity Postgres, Kafka, Redis, Hardhat-Good EVM blockchain knowledge and understanding of how it works.-Good to have Rust, JS/TS, Move, Solana, Sui-Great listener and communicator-Upper-Intermediate English(you can do grammar mistakes, but you must be able to explain your ideas and understand ideas of your teammates)-Leadership and teamwork skills(Team player, with ability sometimes be a solo developer in small projects(or on first steps))
